Governments and communities must rapidly learn to build sustainably and efficiently for better independence and basic security, strengthening our core infrastructure. Volunteerism factors greatly, as does a Green New Deal. I call for automatic inclusion into debates for ballot qualified candidates. The current political system blocks deep debate and the solutions that such open discussion brings. It is important to end the wars in Iraq and Libya and elsewhere, and to transform military spending into climate disruption readiness. Our nation must be a leader and create conditions conducive to peace, such as economies rooted in local business providing real service.
